As we age, facial muscles weaken and the skin becomes lax, creating facial wrinkles and sagging skin. In this treatment, facial muscles will be toned and sagging skin is lifted for a facelift-like effect with less invasive measures and less downtime.
TriLift laser treatment uses three different technologies: Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt), TriPollar Radio Frequency (RF), and triFX RF microneedling. The muscles, dermal layer, and epidermal layer (the skin surface) are sequentially treated with each of these technologies to target three aging elements: structure, contour, and texture. triLift technology is also proven to triple the natural production of hyaluronic acid, a substance that keeps our skin hydrated and maintains elasticity.
Your triLift™ treatment will consist of three steps. First, an applicator with electrodes will be moved over the skin surface, emitting electrical stimulation to induce muscle stimulation, similar to a workout. Next, the RF microneedling device will create tiny punctures in your skin while emitting RF energy into the deep dermal layers.
RF energy generates heat to provide an additional lifting effect while your body’s natural wound-healing process stimulates collagen and elastin production to restructure the dermal tissue for firmer skin. triFX microneedling works similarly but targets the surface layers of the skin to even out skin texture and improve the appearance of surface imperfections, including fine lines and wrinkles.
For optimal results, patients should start with a series of four treatments scheduled one week apart. These results will last 6-8 months and can be maintained with an additional treatment session every 3-5 months. There is no downtime after each of these procedures.
