There will be a $75 fee charged to your account if you fail to provide a notice of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. For Ultherapy and CoolSculpting appointments, a $500 fee will be charged due to the length of the appointments.
After two no-show appointments or two appointments cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice could result in discharge from the practice.
Excessive rescheduling of appointments (even within the 48-hour notice period) could result in discharge from the practice.
